Indeed, much of the scholarly work on the intersection of legislation and safety takes one of two fundamental approaches—or, at least, falls alongside a continuum somewhere between them. One approach has been to criticize authorities insurance policies and to argue for higher respect among policymakers for home and worldwide authorized frameworks. The second method has been to defend security insurance policies and practices on grounds not only of efficacy but in addition of legal legitimacy, arguing that the legislation needs to be more versatile in times of crisis and war.
