Our dedication to experiential learning alternatives for students is woven into our culture. Students will obtain important contact teaching and tutorial time in addition to attending seminars and workshops, along with participating in moot court docket and moot arbitration as a way to present college students with actual life practical experience required to start their careers as professionals.
Legal Evaluation, Writing, & Research 2 builds on the talents college students discovered in the fall semester. On the 2017 Women, Law, and Legal Advocacy, seminar, college students spent a day at the Division of Justice. Regulation college students and graduates from all countries are welcome to register for this program.

Students in the Tax Clinic educate Houstonians on tax-related authorized issues and help low-revenue taxpayers resolve tax problems, together with submitting protests with IRS appeals and getting ready and filing petitions with the U.S. Tax Court docket.
